I was venturing to my next destination under the cover of darkness, for a very good reason. Well it is 5:30 in the morning the world is just starting to wake up, and the sun is about to come up. It’s going to reveal the worlds largest Buddha’s sight. Some say that Borobodur is a cosmos in stone. It is certainly a fabulous visual scripture of Buddhism with 1,460 exquisite carved reliefs that make this one of the great pilgrimage sites of South East Asia and without a doubt one of the seven wonders of the world.
