Brazil’s Kiteboarding Paradise
The Travel Asia and Beyond TV production team had an amazing opportunity to visit Cumbuco, Brazil’s Kiteboarding Paradise!
Combuco was swarming with enthusiasts and equipment! The wind was relentless!

Relentless wind

With 2,800 sunny hours per year, It boasts over six kilometers of sandy beach and steady 18 to 26 knot winds. It’s understandable that Kiteboarders travel around the world to enjoy its perfect conditions

The destination has a youthful buzz, with many young couples and groups buzzing the massive dunes and beaches on rented beach buggies during the day, and then partying at night in it’s friendly village center.

Beach buggies everywhere

Amongst the youth it was still admirable to  see many mature water-sport lovers wanting to get in to the action. There were many Kiteboarding schools dotted along the coast busy with smiling older faces.
